   Look for a degree symbol, π, or explicit wording.

   Set MODE

   Press MODE, highlight RADIAN or DEGREE, press ENTER, then 2nd → MODE (QUIT).

   Sanity check

   sin(30)=0.5 in degree mode; sin(π/6)=0.5 in radian mode.
